Quality Policy

Şen Ortaklar Cam's quality policy is based on “customer satisfaction”. The purpose of Şen Ortaklar Cam is to provide products that meet the superior standards and technical conditions it has set. In order to maintain customer satisfaction, we measure and evaluate the changing expectations of the customer and whether the customer requirements are met, and announce it to all employees, and carry out product development and certification studies when necessary. Training courses are organized to raise awareness of the dealers, and the slightest dissatisfaction with the product offered is handled seriously and corrective action is taken regarding such dissatisfaction.

At Şen Ortaklar Cam, “happiness of employees” is the most important condition for achieving customer satisfaction. Decisions are made on the basis of “participation” based on the opinions of the relevant employees. Individuals are provided with sufficient knowledge and skills to assume the authority and responsibility regarding their work. We aim to create an environment in which everyone embraces their job and is happy with the work they do. While responsibility is assigned on an individual basis, team work is encouraged and team success is prioritized over individual success.

In line with all these principles, Şen Ortaklar Cam strives for “continuous improvement” to reach a better position than before.

Environmental Policy

As a company that is aware of its environmental responsibilities, Şen Ortaklar Cam has implemented methods in all stages and support processes from the realization of the product to the completion of the shipment, by determining the environmental aspects and impacts of its activities and determining methods to prevent them. Şen Ortaklar Cam will show sensitivity in conducting all its activities without causing environmental pollution. For this purpose, our company has adopted the following goals as principle;

  • Complying with all legislations and administrative regulations concerning environment,
  • Using energy and natural resources at an optimum level,
  • Complying with environmental criteria in raw materials and auxiliary materials used and to control the negative effects of these substances

In order to minimize our natural resource use and waste production, we try to develop new methods, we aim to prevent environmental pollution with environmentally friendly projects and to ensure the continuity of systems established within the scope of environmental protection.
